5. Both legs are bare, the left knee has a prominent plaster on it.

7. SN asks how she can help.

9. I yell with pain.

11. SN asks where the pain is.

13. I had previously called for pain relief and someone to deal with the wet bed.

15. SN heads for the door.  I ask her to continue.

19. I point to the bed. Sopping wet.
