The confirmation letter - CL- of 24 Nov confirmed that a booking stands from 24 Nov to 4 Dec.
I left on Thursday 1 Dec. The reason can be discussed in private conversation.
The CL was included in an envelope containing other items on discharge Thurs 1 Dec.
Interesting was an A4 page headed Patient Information Leaflet. Seen for the first time on departure. on it
